FAQ

How much does it cost to join?

Nothing. We don't charge any entry or subscription fees — we only earn from the commission on processed applications.

How is the price for the client set?

You set your own price and the consular fee. The client sees your price plus our commission. Your amount stays the same no matter what we charge.

What if I can't take an application?

Click "Decline" — the request instantly goes to the next agency for that destination. Declines don't block you, but frequent declines lower your priority in distribution.

Can I work in two countries?

One account — one country of registration. For a second country, set up a separate account: each has its own document package and contract.

When do we get paid?

After the client has paid and you've accepted the request. Payment terms and timing are fixed in the offer agreement.

Who communicates with the client?

We handle the front line: collecting documents, answering questions, reminding about deadlines. You work with a ready-made package.
